Terms of Service

By proceeding with your payment and submitting your Intake Questionnaire, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms with Diana Lopez dba MAGiC ROOtS Co. (“the Consultant”).

1. Scope of Consulting Services

The Magic Roots System is a bespoke strategic consulting service. Your investment covers the research, analysis, and delivery of a personalized digital growth roadmap.

  • Strategic Deliverables: You are purchasing professional recommendations and strategic mapping. This does not include technical execution, content creation (copywriting), branding, or web development unless explicitly outlined in a separate Implementation agreement.
  • Performance Disclaimer: While our frameworks are built on proven digital marketing principles, business growth is an organic process. Results are influenced by implementation, market shifts, and the unique nature of your practice. MAGiC ROOtS Co. does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, follower counts, or lead volumes.

2. Delivery Rhythm & Timelines

To maintain the integrity of the work and honor the “mana” of the process, we adhere to a structured delivery cycle:

  • Operational Days: Monday through Friday, excluding standard public holidays.
  • Phase One Delivery: Initial strategic profiles are delivered within 5 business days of receiving both full payment and a completed Intake Questionnaire.
  • Phase Two Delivery: The complete System roadmap is delivered within 5 business days of your written approval of Phase One.
  • Revision Protocol: Each pass entitles the client to one consolidated list of feedback. All updates are completed within 5 business days of receipt.

3. Investment & Refund Policy

Because this service involves immediate custom research and non-recoverable labor:

  • Commitment: Once the Intake Questionnaire is submitted and the research phase has begun, the investment is non-refundable.
  • Pre-Research Cancellation: If a cancellation is requested after payment but prior to submitting the intake form, a 10% administrative fee will be retained, and the remainder refunded.

4. Project Continuity (The “Dormancy” Clause)

To ensure your strategy remains fresh and relevant to current market data:

  • Projects must be completed within 60 days of the initial payment.
  • If an Intake Questionnaire is not submitted within 30 days, or if feedback is delayed by more than 14 days without prior notice, the project will be moved to “Dormant” status.
  • Dormant projects may require a $100 reactivation fee to be rescheduled into the current production queue.

5. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Methods

  • Client License: Upon final delivery, you are granted a lifetime, non-exclusive license to use the strategies contained within your report for your own business growth.
  • Protected Methodology: The “Magic Roots” frameworks, proprietary research banks, and sequenced growth systems remain the sole intellectual property of Diana Lopez. You may not resell, repackage, license, or teach these proprietary methodologies to third parties.

6. Confidentiality & Sacred Space

Your business “roots” are treated with the highest care. MAGiC ROOtS Co. will never share your private business data, internal metrics, or proprietary offer details with other clients or third parties without your express written consent.
